The communication going forward was excellent and you talked me and my children through every step of the process. I can’t thank Ruth enough for her kind and compassionate care she took over looking after our beloved dog Winston. She was very considerate and patient and didn’t rush us into choosing about what we would like to bring him home in, she just left us with a pamphlet to peruse after she had taken him.
The pamphlet had some nice products to choose from and the family bio was a nice touch . From what is a not nice situation to loose a family pet cherished companion made it bearable.
Winston was back home after a few days after he was cremated in a lovely blue urn and they also did some paw prints for us to cherish. I would highly recommend them.
