We offer a fully personalised individual pet cremation service, carried out with compassion, dignity, and the utmost respect for your pet. Every aspect of our care is tailored to support both you and your companion during this difficult time.
Our standard individual cremation package (as shown in the prices below) includes a scatter tube, a certificate of individual cremation, a paw print, and a fur clipping — creating meaningful keepsakes to remember your pet.

We offer two individual cremation options: your companion’s ashes can either be returned to you in a scatter tube, or, if you prefer, gently scattered within our private countryside grounds. Prices for each option are shown below

Additional Charges
Delivery and Collection Charges:
We can arrange collection from your home or your veterinary practice at any time of day, 7 days a week.
When your companion is ready to come home, we can personally deliver them to your home, or you are welcome to collect from our premises.
Charges:
- Within 20 miles – £15 (collection or delivery)
- 20-30 miles – £20 (collection or delivery)
- Over 30 miles - £35 (collection or delivery)
- Over 40 miles - Please contact us for prices
Out of Hours Service
For collections or deliveries made outside our normal working hours, an additional call-out fee applies:
- Monday – Saturday after 6pm – £65
- Sunday all day – £65
- Bank Holidays (all day) – £75
Same Day Cremation Service:
Please understand that we may not always have the availability to offer you a Guaranteed Same Day Cremation as this service is as expected in demand, however it is our policy to return your animal back to you as swiftly as possible. If same day cremation is requested and available, please be aware an additional charge of £60 is added for this service.
