A Gentle Goodbye at Home

Saying goodbye to a much-loved pet is one of the hardest things any of us have to do. When that time comes, many families find comfort in being at home; the place where their pet feels safe and loved.

We work closely with a small team of local vets who understand how important it is for this final moment to be peaceful and unhurried. They will come to your home, where your pet can drift gently to sleep in familiar surroundings, with the people who love them most.

Our team will guide you through each step with care and understanding, helping you make choices that feel right for you and your pet.

A Peaceful Setting at Cherished Companion

If you’d prefer not to be at home, you’re very welcome to come to our Farewell Room. A calm, private space created for families to say goodbye in their own way and time.

You can bring your own vet, or we can arrange for one of our trusted local vets to meet you here. There’s no need to hurry; you can spend as much time as you need before and after.

Many people tell us that being in this quiet space helps them find a little peace in a very difficult moment.

Aftercare and Cremation

After your pet has passed, we can take care of their cremation with the same compassion and respect that guide everything we do. Every animal entrusted to us is treated with the utmost care.

Your pet’s ashes will be returned to you quickly; either delivered to your home or collected from our location. We offer a range of memorial options, from simple scatter boxes to keepsakes and urns that can be shared with family or kept close.

Our goal is to help you honour your pet’s memory in a way that feels personal and meaningful, while giving you the reassurance that they are being cared for gently every step of the way.
